Record Center Specialist Freehold, New Jersey Warehouse & Logistics Temp to Hire On-Site Wage negotiable W2 Record Center Specialist Location: Freehold New Jersey, 07728 Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM 3rd Shift - Sun - Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay Rate: $20.90/hour Job Responsibilities Process incoming orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations using the Safekeeper system Pull, scan, retrieve, and return physical records or storage boxes to designated shelves Shred confidential and outdated documents in accordance with company protocols Use ladders to access and organize inventory in high storage areas Disassemble, sort, weigh, and prepare materials for storage or destruction Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas at all times Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment Ensure compliance with all operational safety and confidentiality guidelines Job Requirements Ability to read labels and follow detailed written and verbal instructions in English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and remaining active throughout the shift Basic knowledge of warehouse tools, computers, and internet usage Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing, walking, and movement Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis Comfortable using a manual pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, push, pull, and stand for extended periods What We Offer Midway Staffing offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/AD&D benefit options to all eligible employees.
