Industrial Maintenance Technician

Description: Were a fast-paced countertop fabrication shop looking for a skilled 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, preventing downtime, and working hands-on with industrial machines, we want to meet you. Schedule 2nd Shift: (example) MondayFriday, 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (Some overtime may be available/required depending on workload) What Youll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment used in countertop fabrication Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on saws, CNC machines, polishers, routers, compressors, dust collection systems, etc. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Reduce downtime through fast, accurate troubleshooting and root-cause fixes Maintain safe work practices and follow lockout/tagout procedures Track repairs, parts usage, and maintenance logs Work closely with production leadership to prioritize equipment needs What Were Looking For Required: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, relays, VFD basics, wiring, etc.) Comfortable using hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset Preferred: Experience with CNC machinery or stone/countertop equipment Welding (MIG/TIG) and basic fabrication skills PLC troubleshooting experience Experience with dust collection systems and air compressors Forklift or lift certification Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work around loud equipment, dust collection systems, and moving machinery Ability to work safely in an industrial environment Why Work With Us Steady hours and stable work Clean, organized shop with serious focus on safety Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package (medical/dental/vision, PTO, etc.) Opportunity to grow into lead maintenance or reliability roles Apply Today If youre the kind of tech who takes pride in keeping machines running and solving problems the right waynot the quick waywed love to hear from you.
