Job Description

Supply Chain Solutions Sr Super User Ensure the optimal configuration and customization of the supply planning system, enabling flexibility and agility in planning processes. The Supply Chain Solutions Sr Super User will act as a key liaison between the supply chain business teams and the IT department, providing advanced system support, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that the planning system aligns with evolving business needs to deliver value globally. Key Responsibilities: Customize system fields, workflows, and parameters to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with supply chain business teams to implement custom reports, dashboards, and system views for better visibility and decision-making within advanced supply chain systems. Track system usability metrics, perform root cause analysis and propose solutions to ensure system continues to deliver value. Maintain and configure master data to reflect real-time operational changes. Work closely with Analysts & IT to ensure that system changes align with overall architecture and security policies. Monitor system performance and proactively suggest optimizations to improve system response times, accuracy, or planning efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation within the system and collaborate with IT to implement these improvements. Support patches, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS, Data Lake). Support system implementation with data validation, system testing, and defect resolution. Support SMEs to ensure changes globally align with standards and share best practices. Lead global configuration initiatives leveraging Agile methodologies. Serve as the bridge between business users and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements. Support Super User team members with coaching and advanced configuration expertise. Other tasks as outlined by management. Experience/Education-Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience enabling supply chain planning and procurement in manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of ERP systems like SAP ECC & S/4 Hana or similar. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and user stories. Desired Skills: Proficiency in using APIs for data exchange. Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies. Understanding of data governance for supply chain systems. Advanced knowledge of workflows and parameters in Kinaxis Maestro. Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and leveraging Machine Learning models (e.g., Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs) to automate tasks and enhance system configurations. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools. Experience in programming or scripting for system customization (e.g., Python, R, or similar). This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $88,723.00 - $121,995.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
