As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect, you'll be a vital link between our development teams and various Medical Informatics departments. We are looking for a skilled professional with extensive knowledge in medical imaging, clinical workflows, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial as you interact with various stakeholders, from engineering and marketing to end-users and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction. Join us in a flexible environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical resource for projects across various Synapse product lines. Oversee interoperability documentation of product lines within Fujifilm and their impacts. Develop and maintain precise technical documentation and improve Intranet resources. Generate concise and accurate feature requests for new product definitions. Collaborate with development teams on new features, enhancements, and testing. Assist marketing teams in defining product specifications and requirements. Design and develop serviceability tools for efficient deployment and troubleshooting. Plan and implement Synapse MI software solutions in enterprise-level environments. Architect and troubleshoot third-party hardware and software systems, including VMware and cloud solutions. Manage networking issues, load balancers, and content switch appliances. Lead first-of-a-kind deployments and address security and vulnerability challenges. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts across departments and assist in large-scale issue resolution. Engage in team meetings and internal projects that contribute to overall success. Mentor and transfer knowledge to team members, fostering professional growth. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to regulatory compliance standards. Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in Synapse and IT. Exhibit exceptional project leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Propose and test technological improvements to enhance processes and platforms. Lead and supervise project resources as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience with Synapse products (PACS, EIS, Cardiovascular, etc.) and third-party infrastructure deployments. Expertise in VMware solutions, Oracle technologies, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols like DICOM and HL7. Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with development teams effectively. Experience in creating reliable documentation and managing enterprise-level deployments. Certifications in relevant fields are a must. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks, including sitting, using hands, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
