Rubrik Cloud Data Management is a comprehensive solution that governs all application data across cloud environments, at the edge, and on-premises. It encompasses backup, recovery, archival, analytics, development, and seamless integration with leading public cloud providers. With Rubrik, hybrid cloud enterprises can mobilize their applications seamlessly, automate intelligent orchestration workflows for self-service opportunities, and conduct large-scale data searches and analyses. Our partnership with the world's foremost Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) aims to generate successful and profitable outcomes. As a Senior GSI Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in building services, driving service pipelines, and facilitating robust enablement within select Global Systems Integrators. The ideal candidate comes equipped with experience in service creation, revenue modeling, large technical proposal authoring, and a proven track record in managing the technical aspects of Global partnerships. Along with strong business acumen, you must exhibit high technical expertise in areas such as storage, virtualization, and Windows/Linux management. Skills in SD-WAN and scripting languages like Python and PowerShell are highly advantageous. You will lead by example, maintain open communication, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Forge successful partnerships with Global GSIs to create and deploy services. Provide technical guidance and leadership to partners and colleagues in developing integrated technology solutions. Design architecture for complex infrastructures, focusing on virtualization, high-availability applications, distributed systems, RDBMS, disaster recovery, public cloud, and security. Act as a trusted technology advisor, presenting technical and sales solutions to partners' technical teams and senior leadership. Build exemplary relationships to ensure mutual value with partners and the sales team. Preferred Qualifications: 7-8+ years of sales engineering experience, ideally in a software or data center context. Demonstrated drive for success, energy, and a hands-on, proactive approach. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and commitment to achieving results. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on completing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Strong business acumen and experience engaging with CxO-level individuals to address complex business challenges with technological solutions. The position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $162,000-$175,000 for select US offices and $150,000-$165,000 for other US locations or remote work.
