As a Seasonal Client Service Associate/Receptionist, you'll play a key role in helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives and finances. You'll build lasting relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met, making every interaction a memorable one. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work varied schedules and locations Sales or marketing experience Key Responsibilities: Answer phones and warmly greet clients Connect clients with the most suitable tax professionals Schedule appointments according to client preferences Ensure all client needs are met, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually Maintain cleanliness and organization within the office Perform additional duties as needed Your Skills: Experience in a fast-paced work environment Strong background in customer service Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Why Join Us?
