Seeking two experienced Physical Therapists with a background in school-based PT to support a middle school program in San Francisco, CA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized on-site therapy services with flexible hours, designed around a minimal monthly commitment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to middle school students on-site, focusing on mobility, strength, and functional skills. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with school policies. Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license in California. Experience providing PT services in a school or pediatric setting. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educational teams. Availability to provide services 2-4 hours per month, on-site. Location: San Francisco, California (on-site only). Additional Details: Contract position with potential for renewal.
