Junior Recruiter Location: West Bloomfield, MI (On-site) Company: DACUT Vertically Integrated Cannabis Company About the Role DACUT is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment across our retail and cultivation locations. This role will assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates across multiple retail and cultivation locations Assist with onboarding new hires, including orientation and paperwork Maintain candidate tracking and update HR systems with hiring activity Support hiring managers in high-volume recruitment initiatives Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience Participate in job fairs, social media recruiting, and other talent sourcing strategies Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Required Skills & Experience 13 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to multitask and handle recruitment for multiple locations simultaneously Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-focused approach ?
