Full-Time / $18/hr Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and have experience of providing support to patients in a kind and courteous manner? If so, we want to talk to YOU! What Youll Do: Answer incoming calls in a helpful and understanding way Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy Keep records updated (medical records/database) Assist with charge entry and preauthorization Delegates outgoing phone calls (Appointment confirmations, referrals, pre-certs, etc.) What You Bring: 1+ year of heavy call volume experience (healthcare/insurance industry preferred) Comfortable working with computer systems and knowledge of medical office procedures, terminology, basic understanding of insurance billing Clear communication and strong attention to detail Works well with others (physicians, patients and staff) High School Diploma or GED Why Youll Love It Here: ?
