About the Company: Our client, a highly regarded 5-Star skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Western New York, is seeking compassionate Nurse Manager to support their growing Rehab and Short Stay programs. Key Responsibilities: The Nurse Manager oversees daily clinical operations on an assigned unit, supervising nursing staff and ensuring high-quality, compliant resident care. This role manages care planning, MDS processes, infection control, quality assurance, documentation accuracy, and incident prevention while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The Nurse Manager also supports staff development, regulatory compliance, and a safe, compassionate care environment. Deliver high-quality nursing care to short-term rehab and skilled nursing patients Lead and supervise nursing staff on assigned unit Oversee resident care, assessments, and care planning (MDS) Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control standards Manage quality assurance, audits, and incident prevention Maintain accurate documentation in PCC/eMAR Support staff development and performance management Minimum Requirements: Active NYS RN license Current CPR certification Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (not required) Compensation: $85,000-$98,000 Shift: Monday - Friday CODE: IND123
