What will you do? Align with field teams on execution strategy for client priorities while maintaining a market. Create action plans that properly implement and identify opportunities for market action. Support a team of specialists dedicated to exceeding client and retailer expectations. Collaborate with Regional Managers to execute priorities while understanding coverage constraints and strategically deploy field resources. Build strong relationships with Field Team members. Identify and coordinate training opportunities in a "train the trainer" environment and demo opportunities with purpose and strategy. How will you succeed? Identify issues, develop and analyze solutions to resolve problems. Multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced, demanding environment while prioritizing need to clear direction and expectations. Bring strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Successfully manage projects and initiatives to deliver outcomes on-time. Proficiency in Excel, including cell formatting, creating basic formulas, sorting and filtering data, and applying essential functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, and IF to analyze and organize data effectively. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 18 years or older.
