As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial records, supporting compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations. What You’ll Do as a Bookkeeper Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, including daily transactions and general ledger updates. Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts. Organize and file financial documents digitally, including invoices and notices. Prepare and submit annual compliance filings such as 1099s and business licenses. Support accounting tasks and assist with financial reporting. Handle additional bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed. What We’re Looking For in a Bookkeeper Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of general accounting principles. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Service-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
