Job DescriptionOpti Staffing is Hiring! Position: Panel Builder Location: Clackamas, Oregon Pay: $20 - $40 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Day Shift (Full-Time) Who We Are: We are a growing industrial equipment manufacturer specializing in custom heating systems and advanced control solutions. What You'll Do: Assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses from detailed prints Perform layout and physical mounting of components to back panels Wire all components according to schematics and specifications Install completed control panels onto equipment Test panels to ensure proper function and compliance Follow all company safety policies and procedures What's In It for You: Competitive pay ($20-$40/hr DOE) Stable day shift schedule Opportunity to work on custom industrial systems Growth opportunities within a skilled technical team Hands-on, project-based work environment What You Need to Have: Experience reading electrical schematics and prints Background in control panel assembly and wiring Understanding of industrial electrical components Strong attention to detail and safety The Musts: Ability to wire panels from prints independently Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift and move panels/equipment as needed Preferred: Experience with industrial heating systems Familiarity with UL standards Previous experience testing and troubleshooting panels Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume!
