Our client is looking for a reliable, detail-driven AP Specialist to support their finance team in a busy, collaborative environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle accounts payable and the chance to be a trusted go-to for invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment operations. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage full-cycle accounts payable with accuracy and timeliness Match, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system Process weekly check runs and vendor payments Organize, scan, and maintain historical and backlogged AP documentation Research and resolve invoice, vendor, and payment discrepancies Assist the accounting team with special projects and ad hoc support as needed What We’re Looking For: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred At least 1 year of hands-on accounts payable or general accounting experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Clear communicator with strong customer service instincts Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative This is an excellent opportunity to continue building your accounting skill set in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
