Deductions Analyst

Deductions Analyst Our client, a growing manufacturer, is seeking a Deductions Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on collecting outstanding payments, resolving customer deductions, and maintaining accurate account records. Key Responsibilities Deductions Analyst: The Deductions Analyst will follow up with customers on past-due invoices and apply payments. Research and resolve deductions related to pricing, shortages, returns, and freight. Work with Sales and Customer Service to verify deduction claims and recover invalid ones. Reconcile customer accounts and ensure records are up to date. Track deduction trends and assist with reporting and process improvements. Support audits and help improve cash flow performance. Qualifications for the Deduction Analyst: 2+ years of Deductions, AR, or collections experience. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, macros). Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
