Payroll Manager Family-Owned Organization | Nearly 60 Years in Business | Growing & Expanding A long‑standing, family‑owned organization that has been in operation for nearly six decades is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations, manage a team, and drive process improvements. The company is experiencing continued growth, investing in new facilities, and maintaining a strong, loyal workforce with exceptional employee longevity. This is a key leadership role within a high‑volume, multi‑entity environment and requires someone who can manage complexity, ensure accuracy, and strengthen payroll processes. Position Highlights Family‑owned and growing Nearly 60 years in business Significant expansion underway, including new facilities and major capital projects Strong employee tenure Flexible schedule Solid benefits and employee discounts Key Responsibilities Payroll Management & Oversight Manage and lead a payroll team of four Oversee biweekly payroll for multiple entities in alternating cycles Support review and accuracy checks for approximately 1,100 employees Systems & Processes Utilize payroll systems; Paycom experience strongly preferred Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes Support ongoing enhancements within payroll operations Benefits & Deferred Compensation Assist with deferred compensation plan administration Partner with HR/benefits on programs tied to payroll deductions Leadership & Collaboration Provide strong leadership, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Work cross‑functionally with accounting and operational teams Support a culture of trust, stability, and continuous improvement Qualifications Management experience required Payroll leadership in a high‑volume, multi‑entity environment preferred Experience with Paycom is a plus Salary: $90,000 to $110,000
