Senior Director, Controller A global, service‑based organization with a strong U.S. market presence is seeking an accomplished Senior Director, Controller to lead its accounting function, oversee a multi‑entity financial structure, and partner closely with an international CFO. This high‑visibility role oversees U.S. accounting operations, which represent a significant portion of enterprise revenue. The position blends controllership with financial reporting, forecasting support, and executive‑level collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the U.S. accounting team Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Deliver accurate financial reporting and variance analysis Lead the annual financial audit and manage external auditor communications Oversee tax schedules and collaborate with outside tax advisors Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis Manage revenue recognition, cost of sales, commissions, and accruals Prepare margin reporting and meet regularly with executive leadership Ensure timely reconciliations, balance sheet accuracy, and compliance Oversee general ledger system configuration and internal controls Partner with the CFO on financial projects and ad hoc initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile Certified Public Accountant required Big 4 or top‑tier public accounting background 10 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership Strong controllership experience in multi‑entity environments Skilled at managing and developing teams, including managers Proven upward mobility within career Advanced Excel and strong financial systems capability Compensation Base salary approximately $190,000–$220,000 Annual bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k) match, and travel‑related benefits #INFEB2026 #LI-SP2 #ZRCFS
