This is not a back-office estimating role. This is a field-based, revenue-driving position responsible for inspecting property damage, writing detailed Xactimate scopes, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and securing signed restoration contracts. You will serve as the critical link between homeowner, insurance carrier, and production team - ensuring every project is accurately scoped, properly approved, and positioned for profitability. This role directly impacts company growth and customer satisfaction.
