Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Center Construction Scheduling Manager with extensive experience in project scheduling, critical path analysis, and progress tracking within the data center and large-scale infrastructure sectors. This key role involves effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and success. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed master project schedules for all phases of data center construction and infrastructure projects. Monitor, track, and analyze schedule performance while proactively identifying deviations, critical path impacts, and potential risks. Collaborate effectively with internal and external project teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning departments to gather schedule data and drive alignment. Facilitate schedule review meetings and workshops, offering strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to project teams and leadership. Manage schedule updates, progress reporting, change management, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met. Integrate scheduling with cost controls, resource planning, and overall project delivery objectives to provide comprehensive visibility. Prepare and deliver concise and informative schedule status reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership. Advocate for the adoption of industry best practices, tools, and methodologies for effective project scheduling and time management. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tools. Mentor and support junior scheduling staff, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the team. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
