Senior Human Resources Analyst Process Improvement | Data Cleanup | HR Technology & Automation A growing organization is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to support HR data integrity, streamline processes, and build automation‑focused solutions. This role will partner closely with leadership to strengthen compliance, refine policies, and enhance HR operations through improved systems and AI‑enabled tools. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving structure, and using technology to make HR processes more efficient and accurate. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Process Improvement Clean up HR data and improve data quality across systems Implement stronger processes and reporting structures Develop and establish AI‑enabled tools to automate HR workflows Partner with a technology‑focused HR leader who is heavily invested in AI and automation Policy & Compliance Support Advise management on new or updated HR policies Maintain compliance with internal policies and external laws Support compliance needs related to data handling and reporting Apply knowledge of GDPR requirements in relevant HR data processes Systems & Reporting Work with HR systems, with Oracle experience considered a major advantage Build, enhance, and maintain HR analytics and dashboards Support early‑morning or late‑day requests when needed for reporting or analysis Cross‑Functional Partnership Collaborate with the finance team and apply strong financial acumen Provide data‑driven insights and analysis to support decision‑making Assist leadership with special projects involving automation, reporting, or compliance Qualifications Bachelors in HR or related field Experience working with HR data and improving HR processes Strong understanding of compliance requirements; GDPR knowledge is highly valued Ability to create or support AI‑enabled or automation‑focused solutions Oracle HRIS experience is a strong plus Financial acumen and comfort partnering with finance Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
