What You"ll Be Doing As the Accounting & Payroll Specialist: • Process payroll accurately and on time for both hourly and salaried employees. • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations. • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. • Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. • Handle payroll tax filings, deductions, and benefit contributions. • Partner with HR on employee onboarding, changes, and terminations. • Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
