Accounts Payable Manager Rosemont, Illinois | Onsite (5 days/week) Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually Our client, a well‑established manufacturing organization located in Rosemont, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and oversee the full AP function. This is an onsite role requiring hands‑on leadership, system expertise, and prior AP management experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the accounts payable team and daily AP operations Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor records Oversee AP workflows within AS400, ensuring system accuracy and compliance Establish and maintain internal controls and process improvements Partner with accounting and finance leadership to support month‑end close Serve as the primary point of contact for AP-related audits and inquiries Qualifications & Requirements Prior Accounts Payable Manager experience required Manufacturing industry experience is required Strong working knowledge of AS400 Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-volume AP environments Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Why This Opportunity Competitive compensation package Stable, established manufacturing environment Leadership role with ownership of the AP function Onsite team collaboration and visibility with leadership
