Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time) Our client is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with invoice review, payment processing, and approval workflows in QuickBooks Online. Salary is $45-$48k, DOE ABOUT THE COMPANY Established in its industry, providing a variety of integrated hospitality services Collaborative, business-casual culture that values accuracy and teamwork The Accounts Payable Specialist will use digital accounting tools for efficiency and transparency Opportunity to contribute during a departmental transition RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST Accounts Payable Specialist will review and verify invoices entered via AvidXChange Accounts Payable Specialist will post and approve invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Download unpaid reports and process payments through Nelio Work with the Finance Director on high-value approvals PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST Experience with QuickBooks Online required Tech-savvy with ERP or accounting software experience Familiarity with AvidXChange a plus, but NOT a must Salary is $45-$48k, DOE
