SUMMARY:Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chair of Pathology and pathology team. Maintains a professional demeanor and presentation of executive and pathology offices. Exhibits a high level of professionalism appropriate to the needs of the executive and/or pathology office areas; ensures security, integrity and confidentiality of data within the executive and pathology suites to ensure business security.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following.1. Manages calendar and scheduling for the Chair of Pathology; meets with Chair of Pathology on a regular basis to recap upcoming events and assist in schedule organization. Coordinates scheduling needs between HNL and LVHN2. Acts as the point of contact among HNL, LVHN, and other external partners.3. Plans appointments and meetings; manages meeting agendas as needed. Plans programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and catering, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.4. Prepares agenda and notices for HNL’s/LVHN’s Board meetings. Records and types Board meeting minutes. Prepares and mails Board Book as requested. Communicates with Board as necessary.5. Arranges complex travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies Chair of Pathology and other key Executives, including Pathologists, when requested.6. Manages incoming communication on behalf of senior staff and/or pathologists; reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents appropriately. Responds independently to communications when possible. Prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.7. Acts as custodian or corporate documents and records. Types and distributes administrative policies and minutes from key committees; is also responsible for the application of those articles in the document control system and or team sites.8. Organizes and administers department wide pathologist programs such as CME, PTO, etc. Assists with pathologist reimbursements.9. Organizes data collection regarding pathologist time studies and pathologist AS&T activities.10. Maintains respect and professionalism with colleagues at all levels. Acts in a highly proficient and professional manner in all aspects of the job in appearance and demeanor.11. Maintains a flexible schedule in order to accommodate, prepare for and attend meetings that may be outside the scope of standard business hours. Maintains flexibility and the willingness to travel to various HNL and LVHN locations as needed.Required SkillsRequired ExperienceQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Math Ability:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized and unusual situations.Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, PowerPoint and Access as required.Certificates and Licenses:No certifications needed Qualifications: Cover a well-established territory maintaining and growing current accounts, developing new business opportunities, and growing the market in the territoryThe primary role will be to target industrial, utility, data center, power generation (conventional, wind and solar), and electrical contractors to sell CBS full line of electrical testing, engineering, manufacturing and apparatus services;Partner with our inside sales team, product specialists and our engineering team to plan, prepare and execute on complex electrical system upgrade projects.Successfully match customer plan/requirements to proposed solutions.Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.Effectively communicate client needs to the engineering or production team insuring customer satisfaction.Establish relationships with manufacturers, contractors, end-users, and engineering firms to promote CBS full line of services.Support customer accounts with Sales, securing Purchase Orders, collecting overdue invoices, and maintaining strong customer relations.
