The team is adding a Payroll Specialist to support U.S. payroll operations and partner closely with HR and Finance. What You’ll Be Doing Run bi-weekly payroll for approximately 1,600 U.S. employees using ADP Workforce Now Review payroll registers, time data, and benefit deductions to ensure accuracy before processing Work closely with HR and timekeeping teams to resolve payroll variances and employee questions Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, and deductions with accuracy and discretion Maintain payroll records, procedures, and documentation to support audits and compliance Ensure payroll practices align with federal, state, and company requirements Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as they come up What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now Exposure to UKG Dimensions is a plus, not a must Strong Excel skills and comfort working with payroll reports High attention to detail, solid organization skills, and the ability to meet firm deadlines A collaborative mindset and clear communication style Why This Role Established, respected organization with modern payroll systems Flexible hybrid/remote work environment Collaborative finance and HR teams Competitive compensation based on experience $60,000 - $70,000 Please email your resume for immediate consideration.
