Role Description This is a full-time Occupational Therapist role based on-site in Janesville, WI. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop treatment plans for clients requiring therapy services, focusing on improving their ability to perform daily tasks and activities. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to tailor interventions, monitoring progress, and adapting strategies as needed. The role involves providing therapeutic support for a range of needs, including pediatric care and rehabilitation. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy with a strong understanding of rehabilitation practices Knowledge of medical concepts and their application in therapy Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans with strong communication skills Experience working with pediatric clients or a strong interest in pediatric care Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork State licensure as an Occupational Therapist and a relevant degree CPR or First Aid certification is a plus Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is beneficial
