Administrative Support Lead The Administrative Support Lead is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex administrative tasks for the CCRO and CSO within the Research Administration group. The Administrative Lead manages the daily operations of the corresponding departments and serves as the immediate supervisor of the administrative staff. Responsibilities include performing administrative duties for Center Director, assigned faculty and associated staff members, coordination of business events, travel arrangements, grant document coordination, preparation for submission, manuscript submissions, overseeing the daily operations of the Administrative Assistant staff, managing and/or delegating multiple projects, ordering supplies and equipment, providing excellent service to both internal and external customers, assisting in creation of moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets, and visual presentations, and supporting, communicating, implementing, and enforcing the philosophy, mission, values, standards, policies and procedures of The Research Institute and Nationwide Children's Hospital. Qualifications include knowledge, skills and abilities such as education, experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, and completion of Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment. Minimum physical requirements include sitting for extended periods, talking on the phone/in person, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing/walking occasionally.
