Bookkeeper Position We are looking for a highly capable and detail-focused Bookkeeper to manage core financial operations and support the accounting team. This fully onsite contract role is ideal for someone with a strong command of bookkeeping practices and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and consistency Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client invoicing Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies Support payroll processing and employee expense tracking Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a business or nonprofit setting Advanced proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero) and Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment If you're interested in this position, please apply to this position and contact Alicia Robb at alicia.robb with your word resume.
