Position Summary: The Field Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Service Department by managing incoming customer inquiries, coordinating field service schedules, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments. Daily Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound customer and internal calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Create work orders, schedule service appointments, and document customer inquiries accurately. Optimize technician routing and scheduling using the service calendar and map tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. File and maintain service-related documentation including work orders, battery test sheets, and invoices. Process daily invoicing of completed work orders. Identify opportunities to upsell services and maintenance packages during customer interactions. Overall Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support to both internal and external customers. Follow all company operational procedures and policies. Coordinate and communicate service schedules with customers and technicians, documenting all communication in the system. Monitor technician arrival times and ensure adherence to service schedules. Schedule field service activities for designated C2 Vehicles locations. Collaborate effectively with the Service, Parts, and Sales Departments. Invoice service contracts in accordance with C2's service contract billing schedule. Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed. Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and phone communication skills this is a customer-facing role! Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise software systems preferred Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to maintain accurate records and logs. Familiarity with logistics and transportation operations is preferred. A proactive team player who values collaboration and customer satisfaction Working knowledge of New England geography and map navigation tools.
