Full Charge Bookkeeper And Administrative Assistant This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant at Texas FDAF, Inc. located in the uptown area of Dallas, TX. The role involves handling financial statements, journal entries, bookkeeping, invoice processing, annual financial audit material production/response, payroll taxes, general accounting duties plus administrative duties as assistant to the Executive Director. Qualifications: Full-Cycle Accounting Skills including knowledge of General Accounting Principals and preparing Financial Statements Experience in assisting with annual financial audit Experience in Journal Entries and Bookkeeping Knowledge of Payroll Taxes Experience in reconciling bank accounts Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills Proficiency in Quick Books, Excel (update existing spreadsheets and creating new ones to track various projects/progress), Word and Outlook (including calendar and creation of calendar items/invites). Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to Prioritize and Multitask Effectively Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting Strong References Employment Type: Full-Time/On-Site Must-have Qualifications: Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug testing, in accordance with local law/regulations. Must be comfortable and willing to work onsite. Live within 10 miles of 3300 Oak Lawn, Dallas, TX - or be willing to relocate. Must have a minimum of five years of accounting experience. Preferred Qualifications: Ten or more years of accounting experience. Bachelor's degree. Salary Range: 70K to 85K.
