Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute and complex medical conditions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs, lab results, and patient responses to treatment, escalating concerns as needed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Assist with bedside procedures and post-procedure care. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and hospital policies. Participate in shift handoffs, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Registered Nurse, ACUTE CARE Must be ASN or Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred) Must have Active RN license (GA or Compact) Must have BLS certification Must have Minimum 1 years' direct patient care nursing experience Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
