Sales Analyst As part of the Strategic Partnership Team within the Sales organization, the Sales Analyst will support the Partners Management team across customer facing activity, performance analysis and operational execution. This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to gain experience in partnerships, customer management and commercial strategy. This role supports a fast-paced Partner Management team and provides exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Hertz. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized and takes pride in their work. What You'll Do: Support the preparation of customer presentations, including pitch decks, quarterly business reviews and executive briefings Develop, disseminate, and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders on program performance to include brand, segments, distribution channel performance and market share. Conduct competitive scans and market research to inform partner conversations and strategic approach Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools on an on-going basis to accommodate evolving business needs. Support special projects and ad-hoc support as business needs arise What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; preferably in Business, Marketing Analytics, or other quantitative related fields. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility and willingness to reprioritize to meet evolving business needs; ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude Excellent communication skills, including crafting compelling narratives in Power Point Practical understanding of analytics. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; preferred advanced Excel functionality including Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced/logic functions. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. The starting salary for this role is $65K, commensurate with experience.
