Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Figma, Lucid, Snowflake, and Splunk Experience with UX/UI Experience in Figma Experience in Splunk/Snowflake Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand customer, live chat agent, and business needs Adopt a data-driven mindset to identify valuable intersection points across various needs Prioritize and sequence a roadmap to improve live chat agents' efficiency, accuracy, and satisfaction Partner with tech counterparts to provide clear requirements for technical design and delivery Lead cross-functional teams through complex dependencies and influence the advancement of chat servicing platforms
