Accounts Payable Clerk Our client is actively seeking an AP Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis! The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start, and have 1-2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience. Job Responsibilities Full-cycle AP processing for up to 1000 invoices per week Vendor maintenance Maintain AP inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely fashion Review outstanding checks and follow up with vendors to complete them Upload invoices, and review/submit non-PO and PO invoices for coding and approval Weekly check runs Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred (NOT required) 1-2+ years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable Excel & ERP experience Excellent communication Yardi experience preferred Why Choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
