Job Description Summary Seeking a full-time Nocturnist APRN/PA in Winter Haven, FL Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling medical career? Millennium Physician Group is seeking a talented Nocturnist to join our esteemed medical team. The Hospitalist Nighttime APP provides overnight inpatient coverage, ensuring high quality clinical care during non daytime hours. This position follows a 7-on / 7-off block schedule, offering continuous night coverage during the assigned workweek. Key Details: Shift: 12 hour nights Rotation: One week on, one week off How will you make an impact & Requirements Responsibilities Promote and maintain high standards of patient care Provide high-quality medical services under supervision of a physician Recommend appropriate treatments, medicines, and therapies for optimal patient outcomes Chart patient progress and meticulously maintain detailed, accurate health records Required skills and qualifications Degree from an accredited institution required Valid license to practice as an APRN/PA Physician Assistant in Florida Proven experience in providing exceptional patient care and medical services Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose Preferred skills and qualifications 2+ years of experience in primary care or equivalent combination of education and experience AP with Urgent care or ER setting experience may be considered Millennium Physician Group is one of the largest comprehensive primary care practices with healthcare providers throughout Florida.
