Lead a high-performing perinatal program as the Senior Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery at a Central Washington hospital with an energetic, career-defining role where operational excellence meets compassionate beginnings. Within a renowned Inpatient Obstetrics service line, the Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery will guide Women's & Infant Services anchored by 30 labor beds, 550-600 births per month, a Level IV NICU with 77 beds, 24/7 anesthesia laborist and neonatology coverage, 4 dedicated OB operating rooms, and a 9 bed OB emergency department. The Maternal Services Nurse Manager also leads high acuity deliveries, thrives in MFM Midwifery OB and Family Medicine collaboration and serves a diverse patient population while exercising full scope leadership over a large high volume L&D service line with a hiring bonus and relocation package. Reporting to a Director of Perinatal Services, the Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery will have strong support from assistant nurse managers, clinical educators, charge RNs, lactation specialists, midwives, OB hospitalists, MFM specialists, social work, case management, and ancillary leaders. The Women's Services Nurse Manager will drive staffing and budgeting, quality and safety initiatives, throughput and patient experience, accreditation readiness, and workflow optimization-while collaborating with a friendly, team-centered group of nurses and a diverse, interprofessional workforce that values inclusion, mentorship, and shared success.
