TEAM LEADER

Team Leader The team leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a selling behavior. The team leader supports the manager by demonstrating a selling behavior. Essential functions: Assist the store manager/assistant manager with daily operations, activities, and tasks as needed and as assigned. Support business operations, policies, and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and develop positive customer relationships. Perform sales and service duties (receiving and feeding merchandise, etc.). Maintain, recover, and replenish sales floor stock. Provide excellent customer service and develop positive customer relationships. Ensure the proper presentation and display of merchandise. Oversee and monitor all methods of loss prevention to include the protection of company assets. Assist the store manager/assistant manager in maintaining control of company standards for staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Assist with the development and implementation of new sales and service initiatives. Ability to complete banking. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must have high level of integrity. Must have excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills. Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, stretching, grasping, and repetitive motion. Constant use of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 lbs.
