Position Overview The HR Manager will function as the company’s primary human resources authority across both divisions. This individual will oversee safety programs, employee relations, workers’ compensation, hiring, insurance coordination, and compliance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, or related field). Construction industry HR experience required—prior exposure to site‑based safety, workers’ comp, and field environments. 5 plus years of HR experience preferred, demonstrating maturity and depth of professional judgment. Strong hands‑on approach with comfort working independently in a stand‑alone role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively with field staff, managers, and executives. High integrity, excellent follow‑through, and a calm, solution‑oriented presence.
