Administrative Assistant / Office Experience Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions has an opening for an Administrative Assistant / Office Experience Coordinator for a wonderful client of ours in Troy, MI, with a great new office space. This position will be a 6-month contract to hire (benefits provided during the contract), and the pay is between $22-25/hour depending on years of experience. Looking to interview and hire this person ASAP if they are a great fit! The ideal candidate will be one that has excellent customer service skills, a proactive problem solver with outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person will be confident, organized, personable, and exhibit a professional demeanor. The right candidate must also have a level of comfort with conferencing equipment, setting up conference rooms for clients, organizing lunches and events for the employees! Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working in an office setting, front-desk, or administrative tasks. Poised and energetic with outstanding customer service skills. Proficient with office technology and conferencing equipment, specifically Teams and Zoom, and Microsoft Office software. Ability to prioritize, show strong attention to detail, and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment where attention to detail is necessary. Someone with foresight, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Outstanding client service skills. Critical thinker and active listener Front Desk: Welcome visitors and be the poised, friendly, helpful face of the company. Maintain daily attendance documents for in-person attendance, update spreadsheet monthly. Coordinate food ordering for internal lunches, including set-up and clean-up. Maintain clean and orderly reception area. Sort and distribute incoming mail.
