Pricing Analyst II We are actively partnered with a global manufacturing organization located near the Des Plaines, IL area that is seeking a dynamic Pricing Analyst II to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a highly visible, analytical role within a well-established, international company known for innovation and continuous improvement. Pricing Analyst II Responsibilities: Analyze pricing, product cost, customer, and market data to identify trends and strategic opportunities. Build, enhance, and maintain pricing models, tools, and dashboards to support pricing decisions. Partner with commercial teams to recommend pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market conditions. Support annual price changes, new product introductions, and large customer proposals with data-driven insights. Ensure pricing accuracy within the company's ERP system and participate in ongoing process optimization efforts. Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing pricing performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership. The Successful Applicant: 3+ years of pricing analysis experience within a manufacturing company Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, product complexity, and industry pricing dynamics. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, etc.). ERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or other enterprise platforms. Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (highly preferred). Experience supporting global operations or multi-site manufacturing environments. SQL or other analytical tools are a plus.
