Job Function: Day Shift and Night Shift. 7PM – 7AM - 7AM-7PM. Deliver patient‑centered care using the principles of Relationship‑Centered Care and evidence‑based practice. Assess and evaluate patient needs, applying strong critical‑thinking skills to guide care decisions. Integrate comprehensive assessment and intervention skills into daily nursing practice. Prioritize all aspects of patient care, including education, rounding, coaching, and discharge planning. Educate patients and caregivers on care plans, transitions of care, health promotion, and disease prevention. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated care. Document all care accurately and in accordance with organizational standards. Job Requirements: Active RN license for the state of assignment. Strong PCU or step‑down experience required.
