Senior FPGA Engineer

Sr. FPGA Engineer Onsite, Burlingame CA $160k to $210k plus equity I am supporting a space technology company that is building next generation navigation and positioning systems for high reliability environments. They are growing their hardware team and hiring a Sr. FPGA Engineer to work on real time signal processing, secure communications hardware, and high performance digital systems that will be deployed on flight hardware. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design in a collaborative environment, with a strong mix of DSP fundamentals, Verilog or VHDL development, and experience working with Xilinx platforms. You will work closely with cross functional teams, help shape architecture decisions, and see your designs move through verification, testing, and integration onto real systems. What you will work on: • RTL design and implementation on Xilinx RFSoC or Ultrascale+ • DSP modules, navigation waveform generation and signal pipelines • Secure hardware blocks for authentication and anti-spoofing • Fault tolerance and SEU mitigation for space hardware • Verification, simulation, and hardware bring-up • Collaboration with teams building satellite payloads What they are looking for: • 3+ years of FPGA development with Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog • Strong DSP background • Experience with AMD/Xilinx platforms • Real time signal processing in hardware • Experience with AXI or AXI Stream • Comfortable with Vivado and simulation tools • US citizenship or Green Card due to export controls • Full time onsite in Burlingame CA Please send your resume through for more details. #LI-JP1
