Assembly Technician

Job Title: Assembly Technician Job DescriptionThe primary function of this role is to assemble electric motor and rotor parts, ranging from small to large sizes, using hand and soldering tools. You will follow blueprints and wiring schematics to ensure accurate assembly. The work may involve using a microscope or lighted magnifying glass for precision. Visual inspection throughout all stages is required, and you will use a computer to document and control inventory.Responsibilities Assemble electric motor and rotor parts using hand and soldering tools. Conduct visual inspection throughout all stages of assembly. Use a computer for documentation and inventory control. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation and use of hand tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics. Proficiency in mechanical assembly and use of power tools. 6 months of prior electronic assembly and soldering experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications J-Standard certification is preferred but not required. Ability to assemble smaller parts. Must not be color blind due to the color-coded wires.
