Responsibilities Kforce has a client seeking a Windows Systems Administrator in Boca Raton, FL.Responsibilities: Support Active Directory in a multi-datacenter hybrid environment (on-prem and Azure), including FSMO role placement, global catalog configuration, ADFS, ADCS, GPO management, and Entra Connect Administer System Center components including Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), Configuration Manager (SCCM), Operations Manager (SCOM), and Data Protection Manager (DPM) Manage clustered Hyper-V hosts and VMs, including integration with VMM and Microsoft Failover Clustering (Hyper-V Replica experience is a plus) Support Dell PowerEdge and Cisco UCS server hardware using tools such as iDRAC, UCS Manager, and Cisco Intersight (Experience with Dell OpenManage Essentials is a plus) Utilize PowerShell (5.x and 7.x) and Windows Terminal to perform administrative tasks and create basic automation scripts Administer Microsoft cloud services including Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 Provide administration support for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Purview within Microsoft 365 Perform MS SQL Server administrative tasks including access management and database creation, deletion, and migration Work with traditional and hyper-converged infrastructure technologies, including SAN/NAS storage (Familiarity with NetApp and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) is a plus) Skills 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and hybrid identity solutions Experience with System Center suite (VMM, SCCM, SCOM, DPM) Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization and failover clustering Practical experience with Dell PowerEdge and/or Cisco UCS server platforms Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Purview) Working knowledge of MS SQL Server administration and database lifecycle tasks Understanding of SAN/NAS storage concepts; Experience with NetApp or S2D preferred Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
