About the Job Speech-Language Pathologist Needed in Brownsburg, IN:Position Overview: Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills. Duration: Contracted for the 25/26 School Year (36 weeks) Setting: Elementary( K-5) - Full-time, in person Essential Functions:Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals. Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development. Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Indiana license for Speech and Language Therapy, or eligibility to become licensed Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education. Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role.
