As the Lead Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in empowering teams, driving improvements, and ensuring efficient project delivery. Your unique skills will help steer our teams toward achieving their goals while embracing agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Team Empowerment and Improvement Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing roadblocks. Coach teams in self-organization, promoting ownership and accountability. Provide actionable insights and relevant information to assist informed decision-making. Encourage collaboration across functional areas to manage dependencies effectively. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback. Tool Management and Optimization Oversee Azure DevOps boards, ensuring alignment with established processes. Analyze team productivity data and propose solutions for enhancements. Deliver monthly project updates showcasing team development progress. Promote automation to streamline repetitive tasks for better efficiency. Resource Management Manage resource allocation, equipping team members with tools and support needed for success. Identify and address resource constraints to maintain workflow. Report on team capacity and utilization effectively. Project Planning and Coordination Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project definitions, goals, and timelines. Adapt project plans in response to changing scope and priorities. Coordinate team activities and maintain communication among stakeholders. Liaise between teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity in communication. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges. Work closely with Product Owner and Technical Writers to ensure documentation is current. Identify project risks and collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges that may impede product delivery. Any other duties assigned by your manager. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years in an Associate level role. Deep understanding of software development life cycles and agile project management practices. Proven experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level applications; Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus. Experience managing multi-function project teams (10-15 members, including developers and QA). Familiarity with Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira for task management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools is a plus. Ability to work remotely with a home setup conducive to productivity. Compensation: The annual base salary for this role ranges from £60,000.00 to £90,000.00, dependent on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities available subject to performance guidelines.
