Bring your administrative expertise and come work with us to maintain, manage, and develop affordable and safe assisted housing for residents of Fayette County! DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Management Aide Housing Authority, you will: Answer phones and greet residents Data entry and reports for Property Manager Contacts residents to schedule re-exams Responds to residents requests for maintenance and prepares work orders Calculates rent amounts, compiles, calculates, and records data for regular and special reports Participates in the leasing of vacant untits Performs all routine clerical functions at the assigned properties Performs additional duties as required Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements: One (1) year of experience in performing tasks associated with the management of multi-family housing developments, or properties owned or administered by public housing agencies; or One (1) year of comparable business, industrial, or professional employment; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
