Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. Retirement plans with employer contributions and matching Relocation assistance (if applicable) and professional liability coverage Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Beautiful, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and Epic EMR Supportive staffing model including radiologic technologists, experienced medical assistants, and advanced practitioners Part of one of the fastest-growing urgent care networks in the country What We're Looking For Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds Active state medical license 25 years of post-residency clinical experience, with at least 18 months in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting Experience treating patients across all age groups Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-rays Strong communication and listening skills Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers Your Role As a physician at Mercy-GoHealth, you'll independently provide a wide range of clinical services, including: Examining and treating patients with acute conditions Taking medical histories and ordering diagnostic tests Making diagnoses and prescribing medications Performing minor procedures and administering vaccinations Documenting patient progress and coordinating follow-up care Supervising and collaborating with PA/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing support Working 8- or 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a modern, integrated healthcare environment, with room for professional growth and development.
