Production Line Worker Part-Time Position Available Shift Times: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Weekends 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM Pay Rate COE: $20.50 Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Tasks: Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Assemble, pack, package, and label products as required. Monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and adjust when necessary. Load raw materials into machines and replenish supplies as needed. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards. 2. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality standards and production schedules. 3. Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment. Keep work areas clean and organized. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor. 4. Efficiency and Productivity: Strive to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions. 5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered. Complete production-related paperwork as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not always required. Strong attention to detail.
