Nurse Manager – ICU Trauma Neuro Location: Kissimmee / Greater Orlando, FL Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Days Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: None Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a high-acuity ICU Trauma Neuro unit within a busy tertiary acute care environment. This leadership role oversees both a Neuro Trauma ICU and a Central Telemetry Unit, supporting advanced neurological, trauma, and critical care services. This position is ideal for a clinically strong ICU leader who thrives in high-census environments and is passionate about quality outcomes, staff engagement, and operational excellence.
